Certifications and Recognitions
Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Just 4% of all Realtors® in the US can call themselves a Certified Residential Specialist. That's because just one in 25 has the experience, the commitment and the hours of advanced training necessary.
Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR). This designation let's you know that you'll be working with someone committed to your best interests, someone who has both made education a career priority, and has also demonstrated the abilities needed to provide the finest in buyer representation; locating property, providing market information, structuring your purchase offer, negotiating with sellers and handling all the details.
Gayle has achieved both the ABR® and the CRS® designations.
Accredited Staging® Professional (ASP). An ASP is dedicated professional who has studied and learned the proven and powerful techniques of Staging® homes. Staged® Homes traditionally present themselves better than the competition by being clean, clutter-free, and ready to show to prospective buyers.
e-PRO Internet Professional (e-PRO). As an e-PRO certified real estate professional, your agent has joined the ranks of a special community of highly skilled and continuously trained professionals who provide high quality and innovative online-based real estate services. The Internet is changing and evolving almost daily. Consumers who work with e-PROs can expect to save time, money and maximize the tremendous marketing potential of their properties via the Internet.
Noni has achieved both the ASP designation and e-PRO Certification.
Specialization
We specialize in representing our clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Marysville, Arlington, Lake Stevens, Everett, Snohomish, Stanwood, Granite Falls, Monroe, and Lynnwood. We keep current of all transactions in these areas, and we are also very knowledgeable about the local schools.
Personal
